Position Overview:
Fernie Central Reservations is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeper to join our growing team. In this important role, you will play a key part in upholding the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our vacation rental properties. Your work directly contributes to creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain vacation rental properties to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and protocols to ensure consistent results and meet company expectations.
- Report directly to the Housekeeping Coordinator and communicate any issues related to maintenance, inventory, or property condition.
- Ensure all rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas are spotless, sanitized, and guest-ready before check-in times.




- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products, ensuring each property is fully equipped for arriving guests.
- Inspect properties for damage or missing items and report discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards as outlined in company policies.
- Provide occasional support with laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Travel between property sites within Fernie as required (a valid driver’s license is mandatory).
- Represent Fernie Central Reservations with professionalism and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract (required).
- Must provide a Criminal Record Check.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Fernie, BC (required).
- Must be available for weekends and statutory holidays.
- No experience necessary – we provide training!
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
