Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Hot Tacos

Hot Tacos is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and keep the fire alive in the kitchen and on the floor! If you're passionate about great food, excellent service, and fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

Location: 16 Talbot St East, Leamington, ON, N8H 1L2

Schedule: Full-time (Evenings and Weekends required)

What You'll Do:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Handle performance evaluations
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Support marketing initiatives and special events

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (rapid-casual or full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus




- POS and staff scheduling experience preferred
- Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused
