Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Journeyperson to join our team in Devon. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mobile crane systems, with the ability to perform complex repairs, maintenance, and installations across a variety of mobile crane equipment. This role requires a professional with strong technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Journeyperson will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Duties

- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment, including HVAC systems, heavy machinery, and automotive components.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct welding, assembly, and fabrication tasks as needed for various projects.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used; ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
- Assist in diagnosing issues with farm machinery, dealership equipment, or other specialized machinery.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for equipment installation or repair projects.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or on-site personnel regarding repairs or system issues.

Experience

- Proven experience working with Manitex and Weldco mobile crane equipment.
- Skilled in welding, electrical work, HVAC systems, automotive repair, or mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in assembly, maintenance, or mechanic roles within industrial or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols.

Pay: $29.30-$54.94 per hour
