New Home & Renovations Sales Representative

What You’ll Do
- Drive new home and renovation sales through relationship-based selling, not pressure.
- Engage and qualify prospective buyers through walk-ins, appointments, referrals, follow-ups, and events and networking opportunities.
- Manage the full buyer journey from first contact to possession or project completion.
- Present floor plans, designs, pricing, specifications, timelines, and upgrade options, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for pricing.
- Convert leads into committed homeowners or renovation customers through trust, value presentation, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and administrative teams.
- Leverage CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities to acquire new leads.
A Proven Sales Process
- Discovery & Rapport Building – Understand buyer motivations, lifestyle needs, and budget.
- Needs Analysis & Qualification – Align expectations and identify serious buyers.
- Solution Presentation – Match buyers with the right floor plans, lots, and options.
- Objection Handling – Address concerns and reinforce the Degagne Difference.
- Closing & Relationship Management – Secure agreements and maintain long-term relationships.
Who You Are
- A results-driven sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets.
- Highly relationship-focused with strong follow-up habits.
- 5–7 years of experience in residential construction, renovation construction, home building, or real estate sales
- Confident communicator able to explain complex building processes.
- Ethical, organized, self-motivated, and team oriented.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales technology.
