Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our bespoke construction team. The ideal candidate would have Red Seal certification and at least 5 years experience.

An Apprenticeship position is also available for the right individual seeking more experience, who aligns with the details below.

Duties

- Operate hand & power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assemble & erect structural framing in timber, steel, and other engineered materials.
- Installation of high quality vapour & air control membranes to modern standards.
- Installation of wood & metal cladding.
- Installation of trim and other fine finish materials, interior and exterior.
- Maintain high standard of quality throughout.
- Perform safe lifting and material handling as required.
- Support team members in maintaining a clean jobsite and safe work environment.

Requirements

- Prior education or work experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools.
- Experience with framing, finishing and woodworking techniques.




- Ability to interpret structural and detailed drawings.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Motivated, ability to work self-directed.
- Mature individual seeking to grow skills and push standards of the building industry.
- Must be quality & detail oriented.
- Must be willing to participate respectfully in progressive & inclusive work environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to job sites

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Seasonal

Pay: $21.48-$54.22 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
