We are currently seeking dynamic, guest experience focused Servers to join our team of dedicated wine and food enthusiasts. The successful candidate will have the ability to display a professional and engaging attitude while being able to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You would be required to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Trius Winery is a Canadian winemaking pioneer that has been crafting fine VQA wines from premium grapes for over 40 years. Nestled between the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario, we harvest our grapes from four Niagara-on-the-Lake appellations to create distinctive varietals that reflect our region's unique taste of place. Wine inspired cuisine has never been more intriguing as it is at Trius and Executive Chef Frank Dodd and his culinary team are the center of it all. What this teammate will bring -

- Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

What this teammate will be responsible for -

- Helping create an ideal experience for our guests.
- Running food and describing the dish to the guest with great onstage demeanour
- Assisting with back duties - polishing cutlery and plates and completing daily restaurant duties
- Supporting in all phases of service (bread, water, coffee, mis en place) & following our steps of service
- Clearing and setting tables
- Assisting with setups and takedowns
