The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, culinary skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. We are looking for someone who is 100% committed, reliable, and able to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Varies (including weekends, mornings, nights, and holidays)

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

n

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items in our kitchen while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards. Responsibilities include:

n

- Prepare food items according to recipes and established standards
n
- Maintain high quality and presentation of all dishes
n
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards at all times
n
- Manage orders in a timely and efficient manner during service
n
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and food products
n
- Stock and maintain assigned stations
n
- Inspect all food before leaving the kitchen
n
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
n




- Support the team and assist where needed during service
n

- 2 years of cooking experience (hotel or high-volume kitchen preferred)
