Instructor Therapist (ABA) – Part time | Thornhill (Promenade Mall)

Speech Link is looking for an Instructor Therapist to join our team at our newly renovated clinic inside Promenade Mall (Thornhill) — offering a convenient, comfortable work setting with free parking and easy access to amenities (coffee shops, food court, grocery, gym).

What you’ll do
Provide 1:1 support to children in a clinic setting
Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA
Collect data and support progress tracking
Use play-based and structured strategies to build skills
Work closely with supervising clinicians and team

What we’re looking for
Experience working with children (ABA/autism experience preferred)
Background in ABA, psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
Comfort following structured programs and behaviour plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

Schedule




Part-time (1–3 days/week)
After-school hours preferred (2:30–7:00/7:30 PM)
Weekend availability strongly preferred (9:00 AM–1:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)
