Job Overview
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. In addition to managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service, this role will assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, data entry, expense tracking, and record reconciliation.n
Experience with in a marina or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Duties
n
n
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering phone systems
n
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
n
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general administrative support
n
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
n
- Provide customer support via phone and email,
ensuring professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service
n
- Support event scheduling and follow-up communications for clients
n
- Coordinate supply procurement and manage inventory as needed
n
- Support events and booking functions such as guest check-in, insurance verification, and record management
n
- Perform other clerical duties including typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting team members
n
nExperiencen
n
- Prior office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks
n
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
n
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred
n
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills
n
- Marina or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
n
- Excellent typing speed, proofreading abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
n
nPay: $23.00-$25.00 per hourn
