nWe are seeking a friendly and organized Store Clerk to join our retail team. The Store

nClerk will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for customers and supporting daily store operations.n

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs

- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
n
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
n
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure products are well-organized and stocked
n
- Provide information about products, including technical features when applicable
n
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
n
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
n
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
n
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations

- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening

- Bilingual abilities (English required; additional languages are a plus)

- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or merchandising preferred

- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling
