nJob SummarynWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gas Station Customer Service / Bistro Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, efficiently handle transactions and support daily operations within both the station and in-store bistro.n

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return. We’re looking for upbeat, reliable individuals who enjoy interacting with people and take pride in delivering outstanding service. What You'll Do

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
n
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
n
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with care and accuracy.
n
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to support sales and upselling.
n




- Prepare and serve food items to customers in compliance with food safety standards.
n
- Assist in product demonstrations and provide information to customers about features and benefits.
n
- Ensure the station, bistro and checkout areas are clean, organized, and well stocked.
n
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
n
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals.
n
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the store, including fuel dispensers and surrounding areas
n
- Perform other duties as needed.
n

nWhat You Bringnn
- Prior food service or customer-facing experience required (Food Safe certification is an asset).
n
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent preferred.
n
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively.
n
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
n
- Proficient in cash handling procedures.
n
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
n
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour to foster positive customer relationships.
