Position Overview

nAncaster Legacy Football Club (ALFC) is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support the club’s content creation and online presence throughout the summer season.n

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sports media, content creation, and digital storytelling within a fast-growing community organization.

Position Details

- Hours: 15 hours per week
n
- Compensation: $20/hour
n
- Duration: Canada Summer Jobs term (8–12 weeks)
n
- Location: Ancaster, ON (in office required)
n
- Travel and Transportation: Transportation to multiple Ancaster field locations required
n

nKey Responsibilitiesn

- Capture photo and video content across:
n

no House League Programs o Competitive Programs o Club Events (Heritage Day Tournament, Super Saturday Festival)no Camps & Clinicsnn
- Assist in creating and posting content across:
n

no Facebook o Instagram o TikToknn
- Support player and coach features, interviews, and highlight posts
n




- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
n
- Assist in showcasing club culture and community engagement
n
- Highlight community partnerships and sponsors
n

nQualificationsn

n
- Basic experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok preferred)
n
- Interest in sports, media, or marketing
n
- Strong communication and organizational skills
n
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
n
- Self-motivated and reliable
n
