Ryes & Shine Craft Distillery, Langford’s first craft distillery and craft cocktail lounge, is looking for an experienced bartender to join our growing team.

This is more than a bartending job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a creative, scratch-made cocktail program where quality, personality, and craftsmanship matter. We’re seeking someone who thrives behind the bar, loves engaging with guests, and can confidently create exceptional experiences from classic cocktails to custom off-menu creations.

What You’ll Do

- Craft high-quality cocktails using fresh, house-made ingredientsn
n
- Confidently create custom drinks when guests ask for something uniquen
n
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hospitality and product knowledgen
n
- Prepare syrups, infusions, juices, garnishes, and cocktail components from scratchn
n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient barn
n
- Assist with bar prep, inventory, restocking, and service supportn
n
- Contribute creative ideas for cocktails and seasonal featuresn
n
- Support both lounge service and special event experiencesn

nRequirementsnn
- Previous bartending experience is requiredn
n
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and proper techniquesn
n
- Ability to improvise and create balanced cocktails on the flyn
n
- Passion for craft cocktails and hospitalityn
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environmentn

- Strong communication and guest service skillsn

- Reliable, professional, and team-orientedn

- Passion for tiki cocktails and tropical flavor profiles is a major assetn
