SummarynOur Dundalk facility is seeking a reliable and safety-focused forklift operator (forklift certified) to support plant-wide production. This role services all manufacturing within the facility, ensuring finished goods and materials are moved efficiently, accurately, and safely to maintain overall plant flow.

This is a plant-level position that plays a critical role in supporting production, inventory control, and outbound logistics in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment.

nResponsibilitiesn

n
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment throughout the facility
n
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with shipping schedules and plant requirements
n
- Stage, move, and organize finished goods from multiple production areas within the facility
n
- Verify product quantities, pallet configuration, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy
n




- Support inventory control through proper tracking, scanning, and material organization
n
- Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas to ensure safe and efficient operations
n
- Remove waste to energy and recycling materials throughout the shift
n
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
n
- Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to ensure seamless material flow across the plant
n
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
n

nEducation / Skills / Experience Requiredn

n
- Previous shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing workplace preferred
n
- Valid forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification upon hire)
n
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
n
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to adapt to changing priorities
n
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
n
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday on afternoons
n
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required
n
