Duties

n

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
n
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
n
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) issues using schematics and technical manuals
n
- Operate CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
n
- Conduct welding repairs and fabrications as needed for equipment or structural components
n
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings for complex repairs
n




- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions
n
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities
n
- Lead facilities maintenance projects from planning through execution while maintaining high standards of quality
n
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally
n

nExperiencen

n
- Supervising experience in a manufacturing or facilities environment is highly desirable
n
- Proven expertise with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems
n
- Hands-on experience with CMMS software for maintenance management
n
- Skilled in welding techniques and electrical troubleshooting
n
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and building systems
n
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams effectively
n
- Experience in facilities maintenance or general building repairs is preferred
n
- Leadership experience demonstrating the ability to supervise teams and manage projects effectively
n
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and vendors
n
