Job Overview
nWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. This person must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred. An ideal candidate has a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Upholding the company’s cleanliness standards of all guest rooms and other areas of the hotel
n
- Change and replace all bed linens and towels, and restock all guest amenities
n
- Dust/wipe/sanitize all surfaces including but not limited to windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture
n
- Vacuum/mop all floors
n
- Empty garbage and recycling receptacles
n
- Using proper chemicals for each task
n
- Clean and maintain personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.
n
- Offer guests assistance when needed
n
- Ensure systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security
n
- Report any maintenance, security, or safety concerns to the appropriate staff
n
- Tag all lost and found items and follow proper procedure for handling
n
