The role: We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our dispatch team. The planner will coordinate with Canadian dispatch to ensure fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include:

- Broadly, supervising and planning company logisticsn
n
- Establishing the availability of drivers to transport loadsn
n
- Scheduling appointments for pick-up and delivery timesn
n
- Engaging with our customers and provide excellent servicen

n
- Adjusting plans as requiredn
n
- Managing all relevant records and documentationn
n
- Collaborating with the larger operational team to ensure operational functionalityn

n





nQualifications:n-Minimum 1 year or more experience working in a dispatch and/or logistics-related rolen

n
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited educational institution in one of the following is considered a strong asset:n

- Business administrationn

- Logisticsn

n
- Supply chain managementn

- Transportation managementn
