We’re looking for a highly experienced, multi-skilled carpenter to join our crew immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing

n

n
- Building composite and PVC decks (Trex, TimberTech, etc.)
n
- Framing, structural work, stairs, and railings (including glass systems)
n
- Assisting with full backyard projects (pergolas, fences, poolside structures, etc.)
n
- Reading plans and executing builds with minimal supervision
n
- Maintaining clean, protected, and efficient job sites
n
- Working with a solid crew to hit deadlines and high-quality standards
n

nRequirements (Non-Negotiable)n

n
- Minimum 10+ years carpentry experience
n
- Proven experience installing low-maintenance decking systems (composite/PVC)
n
- Must have own tools (full carpentry setup)
n
- Must have reliable transportation + valid G license
n




- Strong understanding of framing, layout, and exterior construction
n
- Ability to work independently and lead when needed
n
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
n

nNice to Have (Big Advantage)n

- Experience with helical pile foundations
n
- Hardscaping or outdoor construction experience
n
- Ability to read drawings and/or work with 3D designs
n
- Experience leading a small crew
n
