You’ll ensure that members receive the right guidance to enhance their financial well-being and assist them with routine banking transactions. Drawing from your customer service experience, you'll educate members on new banking features while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Foster loyalty through exceptional member service
- Provide assistance in-person, over the phone, and online
- Refer members to advisors for specialized financial advice
- Educate clients about modern banking practices
- Support lending personnel with administrative tasks Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Robust skills in customer service and organization
- Banking experience preferred but not required
- Sales experience is an advantage
