Integrated Care Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant. We are a locally owned pharmacy with customer service at its core. We strive to give our very best to each customer we interact with, and you will be an integral part of that interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,
n
- Data entry of patient care information into Kroll software,
n
- Third Party adjudication (if necessary),
n
- Accurate dispensing prescription medications,
n
- Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems,
n
- General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,
n
- Handling customer prescription pick up,
n
- Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy.
n

nQUALIFICATIONS:nn
- Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is essential;
n
- Knowledge of Kroll Pharmacy Software is preferred;
n




- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation;
n
- Strong communication skills;
n
- Demonstrated customer service experience;
n
- Strong motivation to succeed;
n
- Proficient computer/data/entry skills.
n

nWORK HOURS:nCurrent pharmacy hours are 9 – 6 pm Monday – Friday and 9 – 1 pm Saturday.n
