We’re looking for anProduction Team leader to join ournOriented Strand Board (OSB)nmill located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Meadow Lake employs 155 employees and safely and sustainably producesn680 million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

n

n
- Completion of grade 12.
n
- Completion ofnpost-secondary educationnand/or ansupervisory or leadership certificatenis an asset.
n
- 3 - 5 years' experience within a manufacturingnsetting withnwood products manufacturing preferredn.
n
- 2 - 3 years' experience leading a teamn.
n
- Strong organization and planningnskills.
n
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
n
