What You’ll Do:

nAs a REALTOR® with Park Realty, you will:n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and referral partners
n
- Prospect for new business and generate leads through networking,



follow-up, and relationship building
n
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process from start to finish
n
- Conduct listing presentations, buyer consultations, and property showings
n
- Negotiate contracts and offers with professionalism and confidence
n
- Stay informed on local market conditions, inventory, and pricing strategies
n
- Deliver a high level of service and communication throughout every transaction
n
- Build your personal brand while leveraging the support and credibility of Park Realty
n
- Collaborate with our team on strategy, marketing, and growth opportunities

nWhat We’re Looking For:nWe’re looking for someone who is:n

- A licensed REALTOR® in Alberta, or someone close to completing their REALTOR® license
n
- Self-motivated, driven, and growth-oriented
n
- Professional, polished, and confident with clients
n
- Strong in communication, relationship-building, and follow-up
n
- Honest, coachable, and accountable
n
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
n
- Motivated to grow their business and personal brand
n
- Passionate about delivering a standout client experience
n
- Familiar with Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and surrounding markets (preferred)
n




- Social media confident and comfortable being part of modern marketing (preferred)
