Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of the store, leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors, and partnering with all areas of the business and vendors.
n
- Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service.

- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun.

- Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety).

- Maintain a healthy profit and loss.

Qualifications

nn
- 5+ years of retail store manager experience.
n
- 5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and managing a $30+ million big box retail store.
n
- 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
n
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high‑sales volume store.
n




- A leader who leads by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities.
