WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Manage job postings on various web platforms;

Review applications and contact potential candidates;

Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate final interviews with management;

Participate in job fairs and events where the company is present;

Collaborate on market research to better position the company;

n

Conduct reference checks and prepare contractual documents;

Coordinate IT access setup, onboarding preparation, and the delivery of the welcome kit;

Develop a schedule for the first few weeks.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

n

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

n

Experience and knowledge of the Gaspé Peninsula job market or similar regions;

n

Internship or minimal experience in a human resources role;

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
