Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual needs and implement care plans
• Dispense medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Maintain thorough documentation as per legal requirements

Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Hold a current CPR Heart Saver Certificate
