Required Qualifications
nEducation & Certificationn
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree
- Valid teaching certificate recognized by, or eligible for certification in Nunavut
n(International educated teachers who do not hold a Canadian teaching certificate must have their credentials evaluated through Pathways To Teach Canadan

- Ability to communicate in Inuktitut (verbal and written).
- Experience supporting Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit-based education.
- Experience teaching in a bilingual or ESL environment
- Experience teaching in cross-cultural, or northern-Canada contexts

- Training or experience in evidence-based literacy development
