This position in Rockglen involves working in the Chronic Resident Unit with adaptable shifts, including days, nights, and evenings. You will provide essential support tailored to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of residents. An ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills while working independently and engaging clients meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents
• Encourage optimum client functioning in various aspects
• Attend to physical, emotional,



and spiritual care needs
• Document and report on resident well-being and care
• Maintain a clean and secure environment for clients
Requirements:
• Certification as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA)
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Basic computer skills relevant to care documentation
• Food Safe certificate where required
