This role will be based in Mundare, but flexibility to support Andrew and Lamont branches is required.

We are looking for a full‑time Universal Financial Associate to work in our Mundare Branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support members with all their banking needs, prepare documentation for member meetings, provide proactive contact, handle walk‑in discussions, and manage a variety of administrative and branch support activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Proactively gather and document all pertinent information for a robust advisor conversation.
n
- Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; recommend actions to improve members’ financial fitness.
n
- Open and review recent accounts, following up with members as per service guidelines.
n
- Prepare and enter loan application information.
n
- Support branch activities to grow new memberships and strengthen relationships with existing members.
n
- Differentially present credit‑union and competitor products and services, offering advice that improves members’ financial situations.
n
- Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, money orders,



credit‑card advances, and foreign/domestic exchange and cheque cashing with accuracy.

What You Bring

- At least 1 year of retail banking or sales experience plus a high school diploma.
n

Additional Educational/Certificate Assets

- Post‑secondary education in Finance or related studies.
n
- IFIC certification.
n
