We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Accounting team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts receivable functions across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and collections
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies




Maintain customer account records and documentation
Coordinate daily revenue reporting and cash applications from all subsidiaries
Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries via phone and email
Assist with month-end processes and reporting deadlines
Support internal teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue tracking
Perform general administrative and clerical accounting duties as required

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is recommended
Minimum of 12 years of accounts receivable or related experience is an asset
Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Hours of Work
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (in-office)
