youll oversee daily operations of the Front-End department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained Youll hire, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity Youll be responsible for daily scheduling needs and coordination Youll manage ordering and inventory of lottery and tobacco Youll communicate to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues Pay for this job: Starting Range: $23.50-$25.25 Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.
