Creative Woodcraft is a locally owned custom cabinetry manufacturer with over 30 years of craftsmanship and innovation. We’re looking for detail-oriented, and dependable Cabinetry Coordinator join our team in a full-time on-site role supporting sales, estimating, design, and project coordination.
This role works directly alongside our Sales Manager and is designed as a growth opportunity for the right person. It offers exposure to the full project cycle, from first inquiry through pricing, design, approval, production, and installation. The role is broad, but you will be guided step by step, with increasing responsibility as your judgment, accuracy, and confidence grow.
At the beginning, the work is primarily focused on coordination, follow-up, documentation, administration, and helping keep projects organized and on track. Over time, the role grows into deeper involvement in estimating, design, sales, and project management.
What you will do:
- Support the flow of projects from first inquiry through completion
- Coordinate client communication, scheduling, notes, files, and follow-up
- Prepare quotations, estimates, proposals, and project documentation
- Assist with cabinetry drawings and design work in Cabinet Vision
- Support site measures and gather accurate project information
- Work with design, engineering, production, scheduling, delivery, and installation to keep projects clear and on track
- Help maintain a professional client experience through accurate communication and follow-through
This role is well suited to someone who is:
- Dependable and consistent
- Available to work full-time on-site in Cobble Hill
- Organized and comfortable managing detail across multiple moving parts
- Clear and professional in written and verbal communication
- Coachable and willing to learn step by step
- Capable with computers, documentation, and administrative accuracy
- Proactive in follow-up and steady in day-to-day responsibilities
- Interested in learning how both the front-end and operational sides of custom projects work
- Comfortable in a role where detail, accountability, and teamwork matter
Experience that helps:
Experience in any of the following is an asset:
- Custom cabinetry or millwork
- Estimating, quoting, or sales support
- Project coordination
- Cabinet Vision or similar software
- Site measuring
- Interior design, drafting, or drawing review
- Construction, renovation, cabinet installation, or manufacturing
We are open to the right candidate even if their experience is still developing, provided they are dependable, quick to learn, and strong in follow-through.

Requirements:
- Full-time availability for an on-site role in Cobble Hill, BC
- Strong organizational skills and confidence using business software and digital documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional communication with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal team members
- Current legal authorization to work in Canada for this role
