We are actively recruiting for a couple Personal Support Workers to assist a private female employer with dementia in all activities of daily living.

The employer enjoys local history, travel, botany and municipal politics.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, calm, soothing, attentive and willing to get to know the employer when there is down time.

Location:

- Cumberland, BC (Near Cumberland Community School)

Shifts & Hours of Work:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Monday to Friday: 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Compensation:

- $30 per hour

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

- Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing and prompting
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation
- Manual transfers
- Light housekeeping

Pay: $30.00 per hour
