Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of The Station - Event & Guesthouse in Pilot Butte. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the overall functionality of the venue.

Based on the applicant's relevant experience and abilities, ownership is willing to negotiate full time vs. part-time, duties involved, and the pay for performing those duties.

Duties

- AT MINIMUM: All "client facing" roles.
- AT MAXIMUM: General Manager role, overseeing all areas of the business with the exception of accounting and corporate governace.




- Availability on evenings and weekends is a must due to the nature of the business.

Skills

- Strong background in hospitality or related customer service fields is an asset
- Experience in entrepreneurial ventures would be considered an asset
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients and attendees
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pilot Butte, SK
