Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, outgoing RV Sales Consultant to join our team in Quispamsis. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, is passionate about outdoor adventures, and enjoys creating memorable customer experiences. You’ll guide customers through the buying process, maintain and showcase inventory, and help promote our products through social media and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting RVs that meet their needs and budg
- Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of RV models, features, and promotions.
- Assist in preparing, staging, and presenting RV units for display or photos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media posts and online promotions.
- Participate in dealership events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.




- Prepare sales paperwork and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales lot and showroom.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service (automotive or RV sales an asset).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media platforms to promote products.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Quispamsis, NB E2E 0T1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: $45,398.22-$90,496.66 per year
