The Role

- Perform full-cycle accounting tasks across multiple entities
- Handle account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Support HST filings and audit preparation
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Maintain accuracy and support continuous improvement in financial processes

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (mandatory)
- CPA designation in progress preferred (or interest in pursuing)




- 3–5 years of accounting experience (retail or distribution experience is an asset)
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently

Hiring Process
We use a TestGorilla assessment to evaluate practical skills in:

- Accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
- Excel proficiency and data analysis
- Attention to detail and problem solving

Shortlisted candidates will proceed to interviews following successful completion.

Compensation

- Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000 CAD based on experience
