Job Summary

nWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Stage Manager to oversee the production process of our performances. The Stage Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the stage, ensuring that each performance runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cast and crew members.n

Duties

Coordinate and manage all stage activities during rehearsals and performances.

Communicate with directors, actors, and technical staff to ensure everyone is informed about schedules and changes.

Prepare rehearsal schedules and maintain an organized log of all production notes.
n
Oversee the setup and breakdown of stage equipment, props, and scenery.
n
Ensure that safety protocols are followed during all rehearsals and performances.
n
Educate cast members on their roles and responsibilities within the production.
n
Write transparent and concise reports on rehearsal progress and any issues that arise.

Act as the primary point of contact for all stage-related inquiries during productions.

Proven experience in stage management or a related field is preferred.

Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups.

Ability to educate team members on best practices in stage management.
n
Excellent writing skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

Experience working in a rapid-paced workplace with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
