Manning Park Resort is seeking a Snow Groomer Supervisor to join our Alpine Operations team. If you have experience in snow grooming, management skills, and a love for the outdoors, this position is perfect for you. You will operate snow grooming equipment, manage scheduling, and ensure top-notch guest experiences during the winter season.

Key Responsibilities
n
Safely operate various snow grooming machines
Schedule and manage grooming team duties
Train and coach team members effectively
Maintain and repair grooming equipment
Assist with weather reporting

Requirements
n
Minimum 2 years of snow grooming experience
Supervisory experience with small teams
Valid class 5 driver's license
Basic First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to work late, weekends, and holidays
