POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Le Dufferin private retirement residence is located on the banks of the Saint-Charles River, close to a multitude of services and in the heart of the vibrant city of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

n

We are currently seeking a Quality of Life Advisor (Leasing Agent) for a temporary, full-time position, 40 hours per week.

n

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Conduct visits and negotiate rental contracts

n

Make the appointment

n

Meet the needs of building tenants in a courteous, quick and efficient manner

n

Prepare folders to give to customers

n

Produce rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed

n

Rent out vacant apartments in the building

n





Update the various administrative forms

n

Write the rental agreement

n

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

n

degree in the field

n

1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset

n

Ability to use IT tools

n

Valuable knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)

n

Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)

n

Good knowledge of sales techniques

n

Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
