With a café, dessert bar, bistro lounge, convenience market (with liquor sales), and an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking a public plaza, we’re building more than a business — we’re building a home for the community.n

The Role

nWe’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager & Beverage Director to lead our bartenders and service staff, design our cocktail program, and curate a wine list that brings people together. This is a chance to put your creative stamp on a brand-new concept and grow with us from day one.n

Responsibilities

n

n
Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and servers.
n
Develop and manage our seasonal cocktail menu and beverage program.
n
Curate and manage the wine list (sommelier knowledge a strong asset).
n
Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure top-tier service.
n
Work alongside the Executive Chef on food-and-drink pairings.
n
Manage scheduling,



training, inventory, and vendor relationships.
n
Contribute to our mission of being a true community gathering space.

nQualificationsn

n
3+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or lounge.
n
Solid cocktail and mixology knowledge; sommelier certification an asset.
n
Proven leadership skills with a team-first mentality.
n
Creative and guest-focused.
n
Smart Serve certification required.
n
Local candidates preferred — we’re looking for someone excited to invest in our Stittsville community.
