Manning Park Resort is seeking an energetic Lift Operations Supervisor for the Alpine Operations team. In this seasonal role, you will oversee lift operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your leadership will be vital to providing thrilling outdoor adventures for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
n
Assign daily duties to lift operators
Prepare operation reports for management
Train staff on safety procedures t• Investigate incidents with Technical Safety BC forms
Assist parking operations coordination

Requirements
n
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Solid customer service and empathy skills
Advanced Skiing/Snowboarding skills required
Experience with passenger ropeways preferred
Knowledge of Manning Park desirable
