Role Description

nThis is a contract, hybrid role for a Licensed REALTOR® based in the Regional Municipality of Durham, ON. Some work from home is acceptable.n

Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, conducting property evaluations, preparing and presenting market analyses, negotiating contracts, fostering client relationships, and staying updated on market trends and regulations.



The Licensed REALTOR® will also provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to industry standards and ethics.

Qualifications

Mandatory possession of a valid Real Estate License or currently enrolled in Real Estate Licensing Course in Ontario.

Not Necessary but an asset - Proficiency in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and evaluating real property
n
Solid customer service skills and experience building client relationships
n
Proven capability in sales to meet and exceed performance targets -nNot required but an asset
n
Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory requirements -nNot required but an asset
n
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
n
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
n
Proficiency in real estate software and digital tools is an advantage - Not required but an asset
