Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Plant

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Plant Manager

Our plant operates a range of automated and semi-automated equipment and we’re looking for a hands-on maintenance technician who can keep machinery running reliably and safely.n

What You’ll Do

n· Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and plant systems.n

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions.

n

· Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.

n

· Maintain electrical panels, sensors, wiring, and basic control systems.

n

· Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

n

· Collaborate with production personnel to prioritize maintenance needs.

n

· Assist with installation and setup of current equipment.

n

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.

n

Qualifications





n· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical, or electronics preferred.n

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or machine repair.

n

· Working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.

n

· Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

n

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

n

· Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

n
