In this part time position, you will report to the Care Manager and be responsible for directing client care under the home care program. Key Responsibilities

Assess client needs for personalized care plans
Coordinate interdisciplinary care and resources

Requirements

Accreditation from an approved nursing program
Active or eligible registration with CRNA
Current BCLS-HCP certification
Completion of mandatory online courses for lapsed nurses
