Key Responsibilities

Provide primary skincare for residents
Assess and treat decubitus ulcers and lesions
Participate in individualized patient care plans
Educate on nutrition and care for optimal healing
Implement turning and repositioning techniques

Requirements
n
Completion of an accredited nursing education program
LPN or RN registration in Illinois necessary
No history of abuse records
Preferred experience of one year as a wound nurse
Solid communication skills required
