Our client is a Galway-based developer and main contractor. They have a requirement for an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to manage all civil groundworks and external works for building projects in Mayo. Responsibilities

n

Oversee daily site operations, leading teams in excavation, drainage, foundations, and utility installation, while ensuring safety, quality, and project schedules are met. Directing groundworkers and plant operators, enforcing H&S; regulations. Managing site clearance, deep drainage, pipe laying, concrete works, and foundations. Ensuring compliance with project specifications and as-built records. Directing external works such as kerbing, paving, roadworks, and surfacing. Qualifications

n

Minimum 5+ years of experience. Solid technical knowledge of groundworks. Supervisory skills for residential building or civil projects. Perks

n

Salary €75,000 with car allowance, pension, etc.
