This permanent role supports the Director of Finance and Vice President of Operations through critical financial data management. Your responsibilities will encompass revenue cycles, cash management, and operational accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities

Enter quotes and invoices into the accounting system
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist with account reconciliations monthly and annually
Support customer service for orders and deliveries
Ensure effectiveness of internal controls and processes

Requirements

DEC in accounting or equivalent experience
A few years of experience preferred
Robust computer skills with Excel
Excellent French and intermediate English proficiency
Punctuality and flexibility in hours
