The Product Advisor is a customer focused role, showcasing the New Ford product line, as well as pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a welcoming environment for customers.
Working with clients to determine their needs and wants.
Presenting the appropriate vehicle that will meet the needs and wants of the client.
Showcasing vehicle features and performance.
Customer satisfaction follow up and commitment to client relationships.
Key Requirements and Experiences
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Customer service experience
Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, and web-based training for CRM software and Ford Portals).
Social Media Presence and utilization an asset
Attention to detail
Motivated to assist others
