An exciting chance is available for a Production Manager/Coordinator!

Living Kitchens Ltd. is a locally owned cabinet manufacturer that has been in operation for 37 years. We produce top quality custom cabinetry and millwork for our residential and commercial clients.

We are looking to hire an experienced, motivated person who can lead our production and installation team.

Our focus is providing quality product to our customers efficiently and on schedule.

This is a full-time in-person position, with some travel to jobsites (vehicle provided)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Installation Coordination
Schedule install teams, including contract installers
Perform site visits during and after installation to ensure quality and efficiency
Work with installers to maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
Encourage continuous improvement through all aspects of installations.

Production Coordination
Manage the shop board and long-term job scheduling
Day-to-day oversight of production and finishing departments to ensure timely completion of projects
Work with all departments to address issues or concerns efficiently




Oversee quality control for all products
Lead daily meetings with shop staff to maintain schedule and efficiency targets
Oversee machine and tool maintenance and repair

Skills Required
Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs
Self-motivated and proactive – willing to take the extra step!

Compensation to be negotiated based on experience and proficiency.

Pay: $62,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:
Cabinetmaker: 5 years (required)
