Colour Alliance Inc. is a growing industrial coatings and adhesives company specializing in high-performance solutions for the window, door, and manufacturing industries. We are looking for a motivated, reliable General Labourer who wants to build a long-term career and be trained in professional spray paint application.

What You’ll Do
Assist with production, prep work, and daily shop operations
Prepare materials and products for coating application
Mask, clean, sand, and stage parts for finishing
Support spray painters and technical team members
Learn industrial spray application techniques, equipment setup, and finishing processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow safety procedures and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial workplace
Experience in manufacturing, painting, automotive, or construction is an asset but not required
Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks
Interest in developing into a skilled spray painter
