FRP/Mocoat Fiberglass Ltd. a leading manufacturer of fiberglass storage tanks and buildings for industrial, water, oil and gas and mining applications is looking to add a full time skilled and detail oriented Draftsperson/Project Coordinator to our team.
We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented person with a high drive to learn our industry and grow within the company. Our ideal candidate will be a fast-learner, resourceful, an attention to detail and have two years of relevant work experience.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
· Create accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
· Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements.
· Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure all documentation meets industry standards.
· Assist in developing as-built drawings and shop drawings.
· Assisting with estimating where required.
· Working directly with suppliers for approvals and accuracy
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCad; knowledge of Solid Works is a plus.
Mechanically inclined and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

A market-competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 annually – paid bi-weekly with a salary review after 6 months.
